SEWA Online Bill Payment
Paying your SEWA bill online is easy. You need an account on the official SEWA e-services portal for making the payment. If you do not have an account, you can create one in seconds using one of your identity numbers.
SEWA e-services registration
You can use the following identity numbers to register an account in the e-services portal.
- Passport Number
- Federal Social Security Number
- Emirates ID
- Trade License Number
- Local Government
- Commercial Registration Number

On the account registration page,
- Select the identity type
- Type your identity number
- Click Search for Identity information
If your identity number is valid, your details including your name and address will be displayed. After that, type a username and password for your SEWA account, check the “I Agree” checkbox and click the Register button to finish the registration process.
Logging in to your SEWA account for bill payment
After registration, you can log in to your SEWA e-services account using your username and password. Click here to go to the login page.
You can see your bill-due amount in your account dashboard after logging in, and make the payment from there. Apart from paying your bills, you can cancel your account, view consumption, and modify your profile after logging in to your account.
Can I quick pay my SEWA bill online without logging in?
No, you cannot. For paying your SEWA bill online, you need an account in the SEWA e-services portal and you have to log in to your account using your username and password. There is no one-time guest pay facility available. But you can check the status of your SEWA bill using your account number without logging in.

What is arrears in the SEWA bill?
Arrears in your SEWA bill is an unpaid balance. If there is any unpaid balance left on your previous bill, it will be carried forward to the next bill and will be labeled as arrears.
